Location is just off the walking street, so there is a very short way to all the food places. The pool is nice. The little villas are clean, bright, well lit, and are situated around a lounge area. But this was also the problem (see below)

Room: Beds were comfy Rooms were clean Extention cords provided as sockets were a bit far from beds A/C worked well Water pressure was good and Hot Private little porch with chairs Pool: Pool was clean, minimal sun loungers though Pogoda/Chill space: Lovely and quiet Great space to chill, study or work Lovely little fish pond surrounding space Location: Right by a Jazz bar and walking street (With is being so close to the Jazz bar, you can hear the music through the walls, but all music is stopped 11pm) (You CAN NOT hear any noise from walking street) This is not a party place and is better for those who are not on that vibe ;)

The location was fantastic, just a few meters away from the main street but in a quiet spot Perfect for 1-2 night stay. Nice ambience in the garden. The noise from the jazz bar did not bother us as it was more like a background noise. It stopped around 22:30-23:00 pm

Great location just off the main walking street/night market. Close to many restaurants & cafes, 7 eleven etc. The villa was small but well laid out and there was enough storage space and all amenities (fridge, TV, kettle, safe, complimentary toiletries and hot drinks). The room was very clean. The balcony was a nice place to sit overlooking the garden and fish pond.

Nice location in the middle of Pai but set back so not too close to the walking street. Staff was friendly and room clean. Considering the price, this is a very great accommodation in Pai! The pagoda and pool in the premises’ garden invite you to sit back and relax.

Aircon room with a fridge, TV, kettle and a pool. Pretty great value for money!! it is right by the walking street yet it is not noisy. Our room was spotless, they give a bottle of water each every day for your stay. Its the little things! Shower has warm water and they give towels for the pool. The pool is a bit small but it is cold which is amazing. Safe to say we were very happy with our stay, we are coming back again!

We went there for one night and we decided to extend the stay to spend all our days in Pai in Sylvana. The rooms are very clean, the staff is always ready to help, and the pool/garden is just a great bonus. The location is right in the center of Pai close to many cool bars/restaurants/street food, etc. but it's inside a small street which makes it really quite. The Jazz Cafe next to the Hotel has some cool musical events but it opens just for a few hours, so you should not worry about the noise. Overall, great value for the price!
